Privacy Policy
Short version: the free preview form asks for four things. I use them to build your preview and talk to you about it. That's it. I never sell your information.
Who I am
Hall Road Digital is me, John Piccinini, a web designer in Macomb County, Michigan. If you have a question about your information, call or text me at (586) 612-2490.
What the form collects
- Your business name
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your current website or Facebook page, if you give it
That's the whole form. I don't ask for an email address, payment details, or anything else.
What I do with it
I use it to look at your business, build your free preview, and call or text you about that preview. Sending the form means you're OK with that follow-up about your preview, and only that. I won't add you to a mailing list or use your number for anything else.
Want me to stop? Tell me by phone or text and I stop. Want your information deleted? Ask, and I'll delete it.
Who else touches it
- Web3Forms receives the form and forwards it to my email. That's how the message gets to me.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it handles basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. I don't share it with anyone for their marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.
How long I keep it
I keep your request as long as we're talking about your preview or working together. If it doesn't go anywhere, you can ask me to delete it any time.
Kids
This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
